First Come First Served Basis
All items are first come first served basis. We will sold the item to buyers who can make immediate payment, serious buyers only.

Payment
At the moment we only accept payment through our Maybank Berhad, CIMB Bank & Bank Islam (bank-in/cash deposit/online banking/online transfer). Payment is due within 3 days after confirmation. Do send us a notification after payment is made, by email or sms so that we can make immediate arrangement for your item(s).

Shipping & Delivery
Items will be sent after payment are made and customers will receive the item(s) within 1-2 working days (not including weekends & public holidays). Shipping fees will be charged based on the receiver location, item weight and shipping methods.

Shipments
We highly recommend to use Pos Laju because its fast, efficient and tracking system services. If you choose to refuse your shipment from Dulcet your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Lost & Damages
We package the item(s) in a secure method before delivery. Dulcet will not be responsible for any damages item(s) during the delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges
Item(s) cannot be exchange or return. Dulcet do not accept refunds on item(s) purchased.
